Verification Session
The verification hearing is a session held by the Undergraduate Architecture Study Program.
Objectives:
· Checking and evaluating the student's overall score, before meeting the requirements of enrolling in the Final Project of Architecture course.
· Providing an opportunity to improve grades for students who have reached the Study Term Limit (BMS) and have not fulfilled the requirements of following the Final Project of Architecture, as they still have grades of 3 (three) D’s or 2 (two) E’s or 2 D’s and 1 (one) E.
· Providing an opportunity to improve grades for students who have not fulfilled the requirements of following the Final Project of Architecture because they still have grades of 2 (two) D’s or 1 (one) E for non BMS.
1) Administrative requirements:
a) Has paid courses that must be pursued in accordance with the
provisions of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning
b) The course to be enrolled will be later determined by the Architecture Undergraduate Study Program
c) Has registered as a candidate for the final project of Architecture Project
d) Submit a transcript of the value authorized by Vice Dean Academic Affairs
2) Academic Requirements
a) Has registered as a candidate for the final Architectural Project course Unit
b) Has fulfilled the requirements to qualify as a candidate for the final Architectural Project Course unit
